Fox & Rose is a high-end, fast-paced salon in the heart of Los Gatos and we’re expanding our team! We're currently hiring for two key roles that directly support our mission of providing luxury service and a welcoming, elevated client experience.

1. Assistant Guest Services & Sales Manager
2. Guest Services & Sales Associate

These are not sit-down front desk positions. You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with clients, driving service and product sales, supporting stylists, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage phone calls, texts, emails, and scheduling with accuracy and speed

• Recommend services and retail products based on client needs

• Support stylists by keeping the salon clean and well-stocked (laundry, restocking, workstation upkeep)

• Help create a seamless and luxury guest experience from start to finish

What we’re looking for:

• Weekend availability is required

• Some evening availability required

• Schedule Flexibility required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A proactive, team-first mindset

• Sales or hospitality experience

• Someone who thrives in a busy, people-centered environment

Compensation & Perks:

• $20–$27/hour depending on experience
