At Fox & Rose Salon your health and well being including our team and community is most important to us.  We have expanded our disinfecting practices and are following all safety protocols and guidelines from the State of California, Santa Clara County, the California State Board of Barbering Cosmetology and CDC.

 

Fox & Rose Salon has completed Santa Clara County’s Social Distance Protocol and will closely monitor and put into effect any changes should the protocol be updated.

 

Fox & Rose Stylists are certified and licensed cosmetologists that have also completed additional training and are certified in sanitation and disinfection measures specifically with Barbicide COVID-19 Sanitation.

 

• We ask that if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19 that you reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days out.

 

• We will waive cancellations due to sickness, however you will not be allowed to reschedule another appointment until 14 days after your cancelled appointment.

• Only Clients receiving a service are allowed in the salon.  Per our mandatory protocol our waiting area is temporary closed. No children or extra guests are allowed at this time.

 

• A mask is required to enter the salon and required for the entire duration you are in the salon.  We will have disposable masks available for color services.​

 

• Our changing room and coat check are temporarily closed as well.  Please bring minimal items with you.  Also remember NOT to wear a high collared shirt or turtle neck as we will not have a changing room at this time.

 

• Our complimentary services are temporarily unavailable at this time.  This also includes beverages, snacks and magazines.

 

• Stylist stations have been distanced over 6 feet apart and we have installed protective dividers between our shampoo stations.  Our front desk has sneeze guards and our payment system takes credit cards and has touchless payment options such as Apple Pay.

 

• We will be disinfecting our chairs, stations and tools between each client.  High traffic areas, including bathrooms, front desk, salon equipment, countertops, reception desk and our payment system will be disinfected throughout the day.

 

• A credit card and deposit will be required for all appointments.In order to book an appointment or reserve future appointments, a credit card payment must be put on file.  Our system is PCI DSS compliant.

 

• Last but certainly not least, we will be greeting with air hugs, elbow bumps only and of course smizing with big miles under our masks.
